Vendor Guidelines

  • Prices of all items for sale must be clearly displayed

  • Alcohol vendors must provide a copy of their mobile vending permit and certificate of insurance, certificate holder: The State of New York, OPRHP, 625 Broadway, Albany, NY 12238. Under Additional Insured it must state: “The State of New York, OPRHP, and their officers, employees, and agents are named as additional insured.”

  • Food providers must provide a copy of their health department permit, mobile vending permit and certificate of insurance

  • You are responsible for your own clean-up. Having a cart may be helpful for break down.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own booth set-up & supplies needed. Tents, tables, or chairs are not provided.

  • Festival personnel are not responsible for helping with booth setup. Equipment must be securely anchored to withstand weather conditions, human interaction, and other environmental hazards.

  • Food vendor permit and proof of insurance is required

  • Parking is available at the park, all proceeds from parking benefit Fillmore Glen State Park

  • All vendors are required to check in by 9am Saturday morning for the event that day. (Vendors must arrive between 7:00am to 9:00am on Saturday the day of the event no late entries will be allowed. Food and alcohol Vendors who choose to set up for the Friday evening event should be set up between 5:30pm – 8:30pm and are required to sign in by 4:30pm on Friday. Vendors who set up on Friday can camp overnight on their spot for free. We will have overnight security on site.

  • All entries must be received by Monday August 5, 2024
